Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs for architectural projects based on client requirements.
- Create detailed construction drawings using 2D and 3D software.

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development.
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
- Ensure design compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
