Job Title: Finishing Assistant

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Finisher to join our team in Porto. As a Finishing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced Finishers in completing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience, making it ideal for candidates looking to start their career in the finishing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sanding, painting, and staining of finished products
- Operate various hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced Finishers
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but some knowledge of basic finishing techniques is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Able to physically lift and move heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Willingness to learn from experienced team members
