Hotel Sales Manager - Sharjah, Kenya
Our luxury hotel in Sharjah is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking a Kenyan national with a proven track record in hotel sales, who is able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to create attractive packages and promotions for potential clients
- Attend industry events and network with other professionals in the hospitality industry
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Kenyan national preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, plus commission on sales. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to take their career in hotel sales to the next level.
