Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Sharjah. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by promoting our hotel to potential guests through various channels.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. You must also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Knowledge of local market trends and competitors is also essential.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal & written)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Familiarity with local market trends and competitors' offerings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
