Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Randers. As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback and address any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have a valid food handler's certificate
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.
Location:
This position is based in Randers but is open to candidates of all nationalities who are legally allowed to work part-time in Denmark.
