Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Porto. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. You will also be involved in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure their functionality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience with electrical design software and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for various projects
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed designs
- Develop detailed schematics, diagrams, and blueprints using electrical design software
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
- Communicate progress updates, challenges, and solutions to project managers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Proficiency in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical
- Experience with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations (NEC, IEC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: $1400/month
