Preservation Architect

We are in need of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Shan. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings, ensuring that they maintain their original character and features while also meeting modern safety and functionality standards. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction projects, and working closely with clients and other professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- Knowledge of preservation principles and techniques
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This job is open to all nationalities. Part-time options may be available for students.
