We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Mauren. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a strong background in fine dining. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menu offerings that reflect current food trends and meet the expectations of our clientele
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain budgetary requirements
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or themed menus
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continually elevating the culinary experience for our guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for international candidates.
