Moderator (Online Community Management)



Our company is a rapidly growing online community platform, connecting people from all over the world with shared interests and passions. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic moderator to join our team in the vibrant city of Os, Norway. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month, along with benefits including free visa and ticket.

As our Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging online environment for our community members. You will be responsible for monitoring user activity, enforcing community guidelines, responding to user inquiries and feedback, and fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among our diverse user base.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building communities and has excellent communication skills. You should have experience in online community management or moderation, as well as knowledge of social media platforms and online forums. As our platform is international, fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop strategies for growing and improving our online community. You should be able to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing situations. Additionally, you should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail in order to effectively track and analyze user data.
