Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in our company. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to improve their performance
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for the sales team
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (French would be an asset)
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
