Junior Commercial Architect


As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of commercial buildings in La-Condamine. With your passion for architecture and eye for detail, you will work closely with senior architects to create innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and feasibility of designs
- Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Attend meetings with clients to present designs and gather feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in commercial architecture
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software (Archicad, Vectorworks)
