We are searching for a skilled Gardener to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This role is suitable for men with or without experience and does not require accommodation as we provide visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and pruning plants to ensure their health and growth
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Identifying and removing weeds, pests, and diseases from the garden
- Designing and implementing landscape plans according to client preferences
- Operating lawn care equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Ensuring proper maintenance of gardening tools and equipment
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques such as mowing patterns and fertilization schedules
- Ability to use gardening tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- A positive attitude towards learning new techniques and procedures
