Sales Manager - Oslo, Norway (Contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway on a contract basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including leads, opportunities, and proposals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
