We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications provided by engineers and designers. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing or construction setting, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings.
- Measure and mark metal for cutting and shaping.
- Operate welding equipment such as gas, arc, tig or mig welders.
- Join metal pieces together using various welding techniques.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair any welding defects or malfunctions.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding.
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as gas, arc, tig or mig.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
