Job Title: Handyman in Aarhus, Denmark


As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in Aarhus, Denmark. You will be expected to possess a wide range of practical skills and knowledge, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Your main duties will include repairing or replacing items such as plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, appliances, and furniture. You may also be required to perform general handyman tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and landscaping.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Fluent in Danish (preferred) or English

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of residential or commercial properties to identify any repairs or maintenance needs
- Repairing or replacing faulty plumbing fixtures such as faucets and toilets
- Troubleshooting electrical issues and repairing or replacing components as needed
- Fixing or replacing appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Performing general handyman tasks including painting walls, repairing drywall, and fixing doors and windows
- Maintaining outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions
