Sales Manager
Our company is a leader in the sales industry, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for business growth
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
