Sales Manager - Vejle, Denmark
We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company sales goals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and achieve targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Monitor market competition and provide insights on potential risks or opportunities
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the sales industry
- Fluency in Danish
