Sales Manager - Indian Nationals

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure successful execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered a plus)
- Must have valid work authorization for Luxembourg
