Senior Architect for Biometric Passport Project in Ufa, Russia


We are a leading architecture firm in Ufa, Russia seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team for a special project involving the development of biometric passports. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, from initial concept design to final implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and finalize design concepts for biometric passport production facility
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
- Conduct thorough research on biometric technology and incorporate it into the design plans
- Create technical drawings, 3D models, and other visual representations of the proposed design
- Review and approve all architectural plans, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction process to ensure alignment with design plans and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in architecture with a focus on large-scale projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Fluency in Russian is essential.

Salary: 1500$ per month
