Senior Architect


We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion for various architectural projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress is in line with plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance for their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect, with a focus on project management
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (open to candidates from any nationality)
