Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Oslo, Norway


We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as an Infrastructure Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of infrastructure projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise construction of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, and water systems
- Lead project teams in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors and manage their performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot any technical problems that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in infrastructure project management
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish
