Senior Industrial Architect

As a Senior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities in the city of Odense. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs. Your expertise in industrial architecture will be crucial in ensuring that the buildings meet safety standards, codes, and regulations. Additionally, you will oversee a team of architects and collaborate with engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
- Oversee a team of architects and provide guidance throughout all phases of the project
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional license as an architect in Denmark (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience leading a team of architects on industrial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings

Salary: $1000/month (may vary based on experience)
