Junior Android Developer


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Android Developer to join our team in Almada. As a Junior Android Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers to design and develop innovative mobile applications for the Android platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mobile technology and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in Android development
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and the Android SDK
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Bonus Points:
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with Firebase or other backend technologies
