Front-End Web Developer

As a Front-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end code with back-end functionality. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will also be responsible for optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: $1400 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with back-end systems
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (Sass or Less)
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Good understanding of SEO principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required
