Barista - Full Time (Horsens, Denmark)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee and other beverages. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to customers
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure that the café is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Take orders from customers, process payments, and handle cash register duties
- Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and drinks
- Train new employees on coffee-making techniques, customer service skills, and café procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is required
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
- Must have good communication skills in English (Danish language skills are an asset)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
