Barista - Coffee Specialist


We are in search of a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve educating customers about different coffee blends and brewing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Educate customers about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
