Job Title: Head Restaurant Manager
As the Head Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations in Monte-Carlo. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a profitable business. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests while also meeting financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff
- Uphold high standards of customer service by regularly interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager to maintain high-quality food standards
- Develop marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing measures to improve profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Biometric passport (preferred)
Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided in Monte-Carlo.
