Handyman - Dubai


We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Dubai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing broken equipment
- Perform minor carpentry tasks such as building shelves and repairing furniture
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues
- Install new fixtures or appliances as needed
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as necessary
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assess the need for repairs or replacements and report to supervisor
- Follow all safety procedures while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically able to bend, lift heavy objects, climb ladders, etc.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary is 1000$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
The position is located in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the city.
