Entry Level Moderator

We are in search of an Entry Level Moderator to join our team in Funchal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, social media pages, and other online platforms to ensure that all user-generated content complies with our community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various online platforms
- Ensure that all content posted by users adheres to our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a positive online community
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for moderating online communities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online forums
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience moderating online communities is a plus but not required

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Funchal (free visa and ticket provided)
