Construction Project Manager
A construction company in Fonvieille is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage a team, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
