Handyman for Luxury Property in Monte-Carlo (Contract Position)

We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team at a luxury property in Monte-Carlo. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the various aspects of the property, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. You will also be expected to perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with appliances or equipment
- Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance work
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate work schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in a luxury property setting
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Proficient in carpentry work and use of power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Own transportation is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Monte-Carlo (candidates must already have legal authorization to work in Monaco)
