We are hiring an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments used in our company's operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot various instruments such as gauges, meters, sensors, and controllers
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and specialized equipment
- Ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and meet safety standards
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to avoid breakdowns
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex instrument malfunctions
- Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in the field of instrumentation

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or a similar role
- Technical degree or certification in instrumentation or a related field
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Familiarity with safety protocols while working with electrical components
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
