Teamlead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Alta. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful completion of projects and daily tasks. You will work closely with upper management to set goals, monitor progress, and provide support and guidance to team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to meet project deadlines and achieve goals
- Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance and efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with upper management to set goals, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as Trello or Asana
- Prior experience in the same industry is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Alta. Applicants must have their own visa status.
