Teamlead for Part-Time Retail Position in Alta, Norway

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Teamlead for a part-time retail position in Alta, Norway. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of part-time retail employees, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to team members, while also ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of part-time retail employees
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper coverage during business hours
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is an asset)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Norway

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
