Fitter Technician


We are a dynamic and growing company, looking for a skilled Fitter Technician to join our team in Copenhagen. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions or defects. This role requires someone with excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in fitting or mechanical engineering is preferred but not required. This job does not come with accommodation but is suitable for students looking to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical components according to specifications
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards and are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or defects
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Use various hand tools and equipment such as drills, saws, grinders
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or certification in fitting or mechanical engineering is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in fitting or mechanical engineering is an asset
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read technical drawings
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to use various hand tools and equipment safely
- Good physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy parts or equipment as needed

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with flexible hours. The successful candidate will need to provide their own transportation to various job sites within Copenhagen. The job does not come with accommodation. As this is a physically demanding role, the candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, bend, squat, climb ladders, etc.
