Fitter - Copenhagen


As a Fitter at our company in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, measuring and cutting materials, welding and fabricating parts, and performing quality control inspections.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitter and possess strong knowledge of mechanical principles. You should also have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A trade certificate or vocational training in fitting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine assembly procedures
- Measure, cut, bend, shape, weld and fabricate materials according to specifications
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and power equipment
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure proper fit and function
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or systems as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fitter
