Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Svalbard. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for reviewing designs, conducting site visits, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
- Review designs, specifications, and calculations for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
