Architectural Technologist
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative architectural designs for residential and commercial buildings in La-Condamine, Monaco. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to develop functional and sustainable designs that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop initial design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Research building codes, regulations, and guidelines to ensure designs comply with local laws
- Review materials and product samples for quality and suitability in design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Work within project budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being accurately implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Monaco
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate designs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits include free visa sponsorship and round-trip airfare.
