We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process of our projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to create innovative designs and ensure their successful implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design plans
- Prepare technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Research building codes, regulations and materials for compliance and cost-effectiveness
- Create specifications for construction materials and processes
- Review contractor bids and assist with the selection of contractors for projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. While experience is preferred, we are open to hiring candidates without prior experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
