Office Assistant - Randers, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and update records on various databases
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Manage calendar for appointments and meetings
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- Biometric passport is mandatory
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in Danish is preferred
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
