Fitter for Contract Work in Faroe Islands



We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and skilled Fitter to join our team in the beautiful Faroe Islands. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. This is a contract role with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must have a relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in fitting and assembling mechanical components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical components according to technical specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery as needed
- Inspect, maintain, and repair existing equipment as necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on-site or in the workshop
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for hands-on experience in the field of mechanical engineering. While previous experience is not required, it is preferred. This role is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in various settings.
