Location: Aalborg, Denmark

Salary: 1500 USD per month



We are hiring a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aalborg. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience to gain valuable skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organizing and managing office files and documents
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Performing data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conducting research and preparing reports as directed by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality
