Indian Executive Chef (Temporary Position) in Balzers
As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of kitchen staff in our Balzers location. Your main duties will include creating and designing menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You must have previous experience as an executive chef and be familiar with Indian cuisine. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment. Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating menus that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining budget
- Training and supervising kitchen staff on food preparation techniques

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborating with restaurant management to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in an Indian restaurant setting
