Administrative Assistant in Karachi, Pakistan
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining records and files, and handling general administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will also need to be proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior management
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for non-Pakistani nationals. This is a full-time position based in Karachi.
