Pastry Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts according to our menu and special requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety standards are met, and managing a team of pastry assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to our menu and special requests
- Develop new recipes and make adjustments to existing recipes as needed
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule pastry assistants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bakery
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and baking methods
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

This position is located in Las Vegas.
