Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Vejle. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our organization's computer network and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or outages
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of emergency
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades
- Ensure security policies and procedures are implemented to protect the organization's data
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, routers, switches, firewalls
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2016) and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Experience with cloud computing services (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English
