Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to showcase hotel facilities and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and conferences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents for potential clients
- Manage the sales budget and report on sales performance regularly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role is required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local market is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lisbon (Portugal)
Employment Type: Part-time (flexible working hours)
