Job Title: Loader Supervisor



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Loader Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo onto trucks, ensuring efficient and safe operations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo onto trucks
- Ensure that all cargo is properly secured and loaded according to weight distribution guidelines
- Monitor loading equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Train new loaders on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of loaded/unloaded cargo for inventory purposes
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and other staff members
- Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections
- Address any concerns or issues raised by loaders in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics or warehouse management preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or in a similar role; previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of weight distribution guidelines, equipment operation, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $1100 per month
