Shaper Assistant



As a Shaper Assistant, you will work closely with a team of experienced shapers to assist in the production of high-quality surfboards. This is a full-time job based in Mombasa, Egypt, and no English proficiency is required. We welcome all nationalities and backgrounds to apply for this position.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the shapers in their daily tasks, including sanding, shaping, glassing, and finishing surfboards. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the workshop and equipment. No previous experience in shaping is required, but a keen interest in surfing and surfboard production is preferred.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. This job requires physical strength and stamina as you will be working with heavy materials and standing for long periods of time.
