Personal Trainer


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, providing one-on-one training sessions, and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients based on their goals, abilities, and medical history
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, incorporating a variety of exercises and techniques
- Educate clients on proper form and technique to prevent injuries during workouts
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plan
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness goals
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving overall health and wellness
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and research to continuously improve training methods

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
